Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 28, 2024, Life Time Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2023. In the press release, the Company provided first quarter 2024 guidance for certain financial measures, including Net income. The Company’s guidance for first quarter 2024 Net income understated the Company’s expected Interest expense, net of interest income. The Company’s guidance for first quarter 2024 Net income is $24 to $26 million (rather than $29 to $32 million stated in the press release).
