Life Time Fitness Announces Date for Release of First Quarter 2013 Financial Results and Annual Meeting of Shareholders

CHANHASSEN, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: LTM), The Healthy Way of Life Company, today announced that its first quarter 2013 financial results announcement and annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Thursday, April 25, 2013.

First Quarter 2013 Financial Results – 10:00 a.m. ET
A conference call will be hosted by Bahram Akradi, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Michael Robinson, executive vice president and chief financial officer, and John Heller, senior director, investor relations and treasurer. Annual Meeting of Shareholders – 2:00 p.m. ET
