Life Time Fitness will introduce QuickStart Tennis, a new format to help kids 14 years and under learn and play the game of tennis. To make it easier for them, QuickStart changes a few things -- the court sizes, the racquet sizes, the balls, the scoring system and even the height of the net.
Former World No. 1 women's professional tennis player and US Open Women's Single Champion (1979, 1981) Tracy Austin will demonstrate Cardio Tennis - a new way to get a great workout. Austin is also the featured speaker at the 2008 Life Time Fitness Women's Tennis Luncheon to be held on Tuesday, May 6 at the Sheraton in Bloomington.
