World's Top Triathletes Continue Pursuit of 2007 Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series Title

Australia's Greg Bennett Looks To Sweep 2007 Men's Series Races And Take Home $300,000 Super Series Bonus; Emma Snowsill Leads Women's Field

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Life Time Fitness, Inc. (NYSE:LTM), a national operator of distinctive and large health and fitness centers today announced that Greg Bennett (AUS) and Emma Snowsill (AUS) will highlight the list of professional triathletes scheduled to compete in the 2007 Toyota U.S. Open Triathlon in Dallas on October 14. Dallas marks the fifth and final race and the championship event for the 2007 Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series.

Should Bennett finish first in Dallas, he will have won all five races in the 2007 Series and he will take home the Super Series Bonus of $300,000, in addition to a Series Bonus of $60,000 as the points leader based on his finish results.

In the Women's Division, Snowsill has a 17,500 point lead over Great Britain's Julie Dibens. Both are in the running for the 2007 Series points bonus of $60,000 based on actual race results.

Joining Bennett, Snowsill and Dibens will be more than 30 of the world's most accomplished professional triathletes, including;

The pro field in Dallas will be racing for a portion of the $250,000 prize purse with the winner in both the female and male division earning $60,000. In addition to the cash prizes, the winner will also earn 20,000 points in the Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series points race.

The Life Time Fitness Triathlon Series was launched in 2006 and created the first-ever connection among the four most prominent Olympic-distance triathlon events in the United States.
