UNIQUE HUMAN INTEREST STORIES: -- Tom O'Conner, 47, of Minneapolis a blind triathlete. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Tom has completed four New York City Marathons and this will be his first Life Time Fitness Triathlon -- Mary Stroebe, 89, of Madison, Wis., is the oldest competitor in the field; she began competing in triathlons at age 76 and is doing her fifth Life Time Fitness Triathlon. -- Frank Farrar, 78, of Britton, SD, is the oldest male competitor in the field and is a former Governor of South Dakota. This is Frank's third Life Time Fitness Triathlon. He has also competed in 30 IronMan events and if one triathlon a weekend isn't enough, Frank will also compete in triathlon on Sunday. -- Scheeman Family - 30 members of this St. Paul, MN family are competing.
